I reccomend a Cockapoo (thats what i have www.mymayday.cabanova.com) but out of those two I reccommend a Yorkie. Also, some nice ones are:
Bigger Dogs:
Dalmations
Golden Retrievers
Irish SetterHounds (REALLY big)
Maif Setters (VERY rare but nice dogs)
Logans (Even rarers)
German Shepherds
Spot Hounds
Small Dogs:
Dachshund
Cockapoo
Yorkie
Toy Poodle
Cocker Spaniel
Calveitier Spaniel
Fur Pug
Full Bloodhound

If you're asking what to get out of the two I'd say the Yorkie. Shi Tzu's have alot of respiratory problems because of their squished noses. Yorkies don't have as predominant health problems.

I have a Shitzu-Bichon Frise Mix called a Shih-Bi. Wonderful, very smart, obedient and the absolute cutest guy. Check out "Rainbow Park, the puppy place in Ontario canada". They hve a website.

Mixed breed. They're the best, not as expensive. Plus, they usually are able to avoid many of the health problems that purebreds can get.
