when my grandpa died my b/f was there for me 24/7. He held me close and let me cry during the day. He let me sleep in his arms at night. He stayed in the waiting area with me. Is this sincere for a 16yr old boy??
My friend says he is using me and has been for the past two years. Is she right??

I did cheat on him as part of a bet with my cuz, but he found out. He was also there for me when I was molested. He tried to understand and told me he would try to help in anyway possible.

It sounds like he was sincere, unless there is more to it that you aren't telling us.
Everyone matures at a different rate, some adults are not as mature as your boyfriends sounds.

Already answered this, maybe u are not telling us something. B/C he is a keeper and he seems sincere, what do u want form him, and ask ur friend what he is using u for????? I think if she does not have a legitimate answer, she is jealous b/c maybe he is sincere and she doesn't have a response other than he is using u!!!! If u cant trust him and continue questioning his love for u, maybe u should move on.

If she is basing her opinion on this behavior, she is dead wrong. The only thing that I am questioning is the sleeping in his arms at night...you're way too young for that. Where were your/his parents? The rest of it..only a good guy would be doing that. Are we getting the whole story?

If you are the one making all the comprimises in the relationship, if you give in to his wishes all the time while you put your own wishes off, then he's using you. A good relationship has both people giving and receiving more or less equally.

No. Some guys mature faster than others. You'll very seldom find a young mature guy. Just be careful though. Guys are known for using girls to get what they want. Don't give him what he wants until your ready. If he still continues to be nice to you, then you might have a swell guy.

I doubt it. Its hard for a guy to sit there and "use" someone and have to be there for you at the same time. It sounds like he truly cares for you, even if just as a friend... He really does care about you in some capacity!

no one uses someone for TWO YEARS. that's crazy i think your girl is jealous. And he sounds totally sincere and sweet. He obviously just wants to be with you. Not your body.

how is he using you??? At 16 and to be by your side, doesn't sound like he's using you. He could have been anywhere but by your side. Ask your so-called "friend" how is he using you. Then ask yourself the same question.
