It is a little early. They generally don't start falling out for at least another year from now. You should probably take your child to the dentist. He/she could tell you why the tooth fell out and will be able to find out where the permanent teeth are. If they aren't going to be in for a while, the other teeth could drift to fill the spot that was left by the missing one. Your child may need some sort of space maintainer to leave enough room for the adult tooth to come in when it eventually does. Sooo..... go to the dentist (please). =)

4 IS A LITTLE EARLY. WHEN THERE HAS BEEN NO TRAUMA AND THE CHILD IS IN GOOD DENTAL HEALTH, THE BABY TEETH ARE USUALLY LOST BETWEEN THE AGES OF 5-7, SOME TIMES JUST AFTER 5 AND AT OTHER TIME RIGHT AFTER 7. AS A RULE, USUALLY IT'S 6 YEARS
+OR- 6 MONTHS EITHER WAY.

It is a bit early, but not unheard of, for children of 4 to start losing their milk teeth. If you're worried, go to your dentist.

as with the different milestone, infants loose the teeth at distinctive an prolonged time. My daughter started loosing them whilst she grew to become into approximately 4 one million/2 and had misplaced all her toddler the teeth via the time she grew to become into ten. Her dentist refers to her as having "mature mouth" and tells me to not hassle. My son is the polar opposite -- at ten he's in basic terms misplaced seven toddler the teeth. in case you hassle, call her dentist immediately and ask approximately it. they are in a position to make room which you would be able again in immediately to have it regarded at and simplicity your hassle.

it depends ,you know like : which tooth is it ? why did it fall?is it because of a fall or infection?i think it's better if you let your dentist check the situation.
