that 92 year old woman in atlanta .will they just get life in prison .or will they get exacuted do they still have hanging down there or will they get the easy way out leathal injection ?

They won't even go to trial! The local DA will review the case after the department or State Police conducts an investigation. Everything I have read shows that SHE shot first. Whether she was 92 or 18, she shot first and the police responded with the same level of force. Justified shoot with no legal recourse. Local DA will go with whatever decision the investigating PD recommends. Lesson learned for Grandma.....Don't bring a rusty wheel gun to a semi-automatic weapon firefight.

They shouldn't get anything but a pat on the back for doing their jobs! That 92-year-old woman shot three of them! What? She gets a pass to do whatever she wants simply because she's 92? Don't think so! I, and any other sane individual who was being shot at by this woman, would do exactly the same thing! She caused the problem that eventually caused her death, not the cops!

They will get nothing. The shooting was legal and justified. It's sad that a 92 year old woman got shot, but its sadder that she broke the law and shot three police officers. The officers are the victims in this.

The police in Georgia have a complicated interest because of the fact the take care of one in all those diverse inhabitants. The small cities interior the greater rural areas are all redneck mutually as the indoors cities are all black. yet to respond to your question there is not any thank you to choose ALL law enforcement officials interior the state. you have super city departments like in Atlanta and 3 guy departments in one horse cities. all of them do not act the comparable.

They will just get off with a pat on the back for a job well done like they always do.You know the cops can do no wrong,they are the only ones with feelings.I think the salary they get is what they deserve?

Those officers should all be given medals. That crazy old woman opened fire on them. Not only did they blast her wrinkled butt off the porch, but removed yet another burden from society. More social security money is now available for the rest of us. Her advanced years does not give her the right to shoot anybody.

The shooting was justified, the police identified themselves and the woman shot first. They were at the wrong house and should recieve disciplinary action for that, but when under fire, you shoot back. It is unfortunate that this woman died as a result.

Nope - they aren't going to get charged with anything.
And they didn't murder her. They were shot and returned fire.
This is only like the 100th time this question has been asked, and this is the 4th time that you have asked it, so tell all your friends "it ain't gonna happen," and they can save the 5 points it will cost them to ask this question.

I think the shooting was justified. If a woman shoots at you, you aren't going to let her do it just because she is 92.
