Depends how often you get it. If its daily and frequently, yes a probitic anything would help...ie drink, cereal, juice that contains a probiotic.

Could be your time of the month (if you're female) or too many beers if you're male....or both if you're either!

If it's just after a big meal...suggest you undo your zip and let it all hang out for a while! If it's indigestion....liver salts, heartburn...Pepcid Two always works fast for me....

Or engage yourself in an activity that'll take your mind off it! Failing that, I've found myself rolling myself stomach down over a pillow.....and/or having my back massaged or winded/burped (as in patted like you're winding a baby)! For the last suggestion you need a partner who you won't be embarrassed to ask to do that to you!

Fennel is good. If you are able to get hold of the dried seeds from a health food shop add approx. 20 seeds to a cup of boiling water and drink when cool enough but remove the seeds before drinking. In severe cases glycerine suppositories from boots help too.

I dont know what this has to do with preschool, but try to not
eat foods that fight and dont get digested properly -
Salad type vegetables anytime and high protein and fruit not
high in sugar content - together and High carbohydrate foods at
a separate meal or snack. Beans are high in both protein and
carbohydrates and some people cant handle it well.
