When it is usually "happy hour" at bars?

Oh, I mean, like from what hour[s] of the day? 4-5? 1-2? Does that make sense?

4-6 or 5-7 , some are later though
its happy hour cuz ur happy work is out for the day

Traditionally 5-7. Some states are prohibited from having Happy Hour, like the one I live in, so they run daily specials.
The drinks aren't free, but a buck or two cheaper.

ELounge is primarily lesbian. Ain't Nobody's Biz closed. Hamburger Mary's changed to Burger Betty's and now just Betty's. Haven't really seen a strong turnout for happy hour anywhere, but Amsterdam seems to attract a lot of people.

In Columbus ohio it is typically 5-7
