Man, I wish there was not such a hang up about this. Trust me love, there is nothing you could do out there that would turn your man on more, or make him feel better about your relationship than swallowing his load. Men do not think less of you for being aggressive in the bedroom... if anything the fact that some women won't give head, or that they run and spit , is such an intimate rejection of us that it hurts. My wife and I enjoy a great sex life and she will go down on me and swallow and then come right up for a big kiss... there is nothing wrong or gross with this man fluid. Go wild and have fun with your love making! If you told him you don't swallow, but then you do for him... how could he see that as anything but a complement of how truly close to him you feel? It really doesn't matter much to me; I usually tell her and my woman swallows sometimes, other times she just pumps it by hand and that is spectacular as well. Just getting head is great, imho. Do what feels good to/for you and him. Ask him if he cares if you swallow or not. I mean you're already helping him out and at this point you have no real reason to be shy, if you know what I mean...lol.

I'm not a fella but I will give you advice.
First of all tell him (if you haven't already) it is the first for you liking to give fellatio and to see and feel his pleasure, and that you would like if possible (as I assume you feel) to learn to enjoy swallowing as well.

Just because you said that in the past doesn't mean you can't change your mind.
Having said that...if you don't like to swallow, then DON'T! If all it takes is your not swallowing to make him think less of you, then he doesn't deserve you.
