Are you kidding? 13 years old, depending where you are, if there's a cop near by or the parent/guardian then you call on them. A 16 or 17 year old guy, especially a man over 18, has to be lonely or perverted to touch a 13 year old girl in any way at all, unless they are related like hug your cousin or sister, you know what I mean???

I'd give you a hug...maybe you were having a bad day or sumtin and just needed a lift...be careful though, especially with the older guys because they may get a little too touchy feely

Sounds like trouble to me. Most dudes I know in that age group are prety stupid and would try a little molestation with invitation like that. OH that very special guy for you? If he see you flaunting your bod he is giomg to pass you off.
