No. Because when they dial *69 they will hear the last number was unknown or blocked. Only way they can find out is if they call the police and make a big deal out of it and then the police contacts the phone company then the phone company will ask a ton of questions and then the police will hand over the correct paper work and then phone company will give them the number it's a big deal.

*67 will block your number from people knowing who it is, and *69 will let you retrieve the number if it wasn't *67ed. Just note that *69 costs money in most areas.
