It depends on her character. There are some girls that they want to make you think that you likes them using that way. Perhaps she wants to show you what she doesn't like so you won't do it again when you are together.She wants to give you the limitis and show to you what's her opinion about flirting a girl and relationships.If you will be together in the future then you will know what she likes or not and you don't do things that are very annoying to her.Think about it.
The next time you meet her try to show her a sweetest point of yourself if you really like this girl.
