The mexicans where i live make and sell it.
I just love it.

after boiling the corn and you let it cool off you would spread mayonnaise all over then you would roll it in parmesan cheese.

It taste so good. Try it.

I make it sorta like that. but i cut pieces of foil and put a piece of corn in the middle. I then run butter on the corn, ( i dontlike mayo) but I use mayo for the rest of my family. then i season it with pepper and shaved parmesan cheese. I roll the foil around the corn and bake on a cookie sheet at 450 for 15 minutes, test the corn and make sure it's done to your liking or cook it a bit longer. This is also great onthe gas grill.

Have you tried the deep fried corn on the cob that you can get at Chester's Chicken? That's a treat when we travel and stop at the truck stops that have a Chester's Chicken in it. That's good food!

no have you tried fried corn on the cobb after you fry your fish ! roll it in fish fry & it is delish !

i have tried this and it's quite good, don't like mayo too much though! try it with some "chilito" - powdered chili w/ spices and lime. mmmmm perfection!
