I am cooking a Turkey for a late Thanksgiving thing. I know that you are supposed to cook it for 20 minutes/per pound but at what temperature?

350. Good rule of thumb, for every 4 lbs. turkey, 1 hour cooking. Internal temp 185. Then rest 20 min before carving.

Enjoy
