well i run every day in the mornings and work out in PE i still eat like a cow, but i think if you drink lots of water and at least walk a block or two then you might beable to take 6 pounds off!!!!! one big rule is don't stress about anything because that will make you gain the pounds not lose them, don't stop eating though that is very bad.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a twelve year old, I wouldn't recommend any diets, except for that you should lay off the junk food (if you eat a lot), cut down on high-sugar consumptions, and exercises a good amount. Just watch out for high-fatty foods.

what is with you stupid kids these days. Be happy with who you are. Being 12 and going on a diet can make you very sick, you are still growing.
If you want to lose a little weight try eating healthier and working out.

You can run, get active, dont just stop eating(dont go anorexic, thatz sick and wrong) you can eat smaller portions, but i dont think you really need to go on a diet or lose weight-- ur just fine!!! i'm 13, so i can relate to wantin to lose a couple lbs. but dont worry about it-- we're kids-- enjoy life!!!!! :)

eat healthy foods, don't sit around, if your hungery before or after a meal drink water,get a good nights sleep, and exercise.

excerise, but don't eat extra just because your hungary or else your excerise will just make you healther, but not skinner
