How to lose 10 pounds quickly

Go to the nearest (up-to-date) bookstore (ie: Books-A-Million), and purchase 'The Diet For Teenagers Only', it takes atleast 5 hours to read. I read it all in one morning. It will help you, even though you're probably not a teenager. You can loose up to 5 pounds in one week; IF you follow it very carefully. Good Luck!!!!

Salad and veggies. They are free calories...........eat all you want to and the weight will come off quick.
