I think it depends if you're having cramps. Usually, when my body heats up in the shower I don't have cramps and I don't have the same kind of flo. I perceive that it stops in the shower anyway.

No. You just don't notice the blood because it is running down the drain faster than it is flowing from you so the water doesn't turn pink.
