How to lose 10 pounds quickly
You know Christmas is around the corner. Christmas is the season of parties, celebrations, enjoyment and buying new stuff like clothes, gifts and what ever you like. Why not set a goal for yourself to lose 10 pounds in the next few days and it will help you find a better dress for you as you will feel more confident and more comfortable after losing some weight.
Christmas weight lossIt is a great feeling even after losing very small amount of weight as that motivates us to lose more weight. The very first thing you can do is that calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt. Keep the record of each and every thing what ever you eat. Check out the amount of calories in a food before ordering that. So you have to be very careful about the amount of calories you consume.
Try to cook your food by yourself and avoid deep fried food. Limit your calories intake to 1000 to 1200 per day. Remove all sugar and starch from your diet.
So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly
* Drink lot of water
* Eat a healthy breakfast
* Do not eat any thing in between the meals
* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least
So go ahead with this and gives yourself a Christmas gift by losing more pounds and look sexier, healthy and more confident.

Some time ago I seem to recall addressing a similar question/answer here before - and given limited time just now I will try and make just a couple of relevant points:
Diets are basically daft. Except, that is for the broader meaning of 'diet' as ealting to what you eat.
What we eat provides the building blocks for every aspect of our physical and mental well being.
Whilst there is some suggestion that for every individual their paryicular type of matabolism may influence the types of food they should eat for optimum health - and weight control - in simple terms:
Food provides energy and nutrients -
Activity uses energy -
Our bodies need a balanced range of nutrients for optimum health - including macro-nutrients (protein, fats, carbohydrates) and micro-nutrients (minerals, vitamins)
Foods provide these nutrients in variable amounts - and in variable quality
If you eat foods with high calorific values (tends to be fattier foods) and fail to burn off the energy through being active enough - you will put on weight.
Conversely - if you increase the amount of activity you undertake (walking/jogging/cycling, etc) - and do not increase the amount of food you eat 9or even reduce it) - you will lose weight.
It really is that simple.
So the best and healthiest diet - would involve eating plenty of fresh foods, especially low fat choices, and increased vegetable sources (expecially raw and salad veg) - whilst also increasing the amount of exercise beyond waht you normally do...you will lose weight. (Save your money joining 'clubs', buying diet books, tapes, videos and other rubbish - and buy cleaner, safer, fresh, organic food...and stop eating processed foods of any kind)

Just cut down on fat. Make sure you eat less than 70g per day (maximum recommended). Try and eat less than 1400kcal per day and you'll loose weight slowly, but surely. Much better than any faddy diet with quick weightloss that won't stay off.

Any that do not promote Aspartame. It makes you fat and keeps you fat. Empty carbs makes you hungry, it is just bad for you!
Weight watchers use Aspartame so do not do it.
Read the labels!
