Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

You should talk to your doc firdt and foremost. You could have migraines, and as someone whho gets those pretty often, I know they are no fun and pretty serious. There are treatments, but few people actually ever get "rid" of them. Good luck with that. On the other hand you could just be straining your eyes and might possibly need glasses. That's simple to fix.

You need to go see a doctor as soon as you can. That is the only way you can be helped and find out what is causing those headaches.

You don't mention any other symptoms which would eliminate migraine syndrome...If you have ruled out any serious problems.. eg: tumor, mild stroke, perhaps a visit to your local doctor of Chiropractic may give you a quick solution to the problem. Is their specialty.

In all honesty? Carry a bottle of water & slam it down when you feel the headache coming on.
I'm not kidding.
