You can't buy out a Marine's military contract. At one time there were ways of doing it, but they haven't worked since about 1815.

100% not posible any longer.
The only thing that I have ever heard of remotely in this area was a US army Reserve soldier had his boss call the unit and try to convince the unit commander to excuse him from his yearly 2 week drill because he needed the guy for those 2 weeks.
It ended out the CO was sympathetic and allowed this soldier to do his 2 weeks of annual training later on that year with a different unit.
