Unfortuatly this is why always tell people (especially children) not to pick at thier pimples and spots. As far as scars an indentations there isnt much you can do. However you can buy a cream called Maderma that will help lighten the scars up a bit. A really good daily regimine of washing your face morning and night is the best thing you can do. Sometimes taking a warm or hot wash cloth and just placing it over your face before you wash it or just through out the day if your home will really improve your skins appearance. It opens your pores and gets the ready to be cleansed. A light scrub and some good moisterizer is great too. Hope you've learned your lesson ! *smiles*

Microdermabrasion works wonders if you have the money. I had several scars on my face and after 6 treatments they were totally gone. Unfortunatly, each treatment is about $100 (plus tip).
