You should have filled out papers while you were in the hospital, and they will sent it to you in the mail. If you have lost it you can call or write the state where you had your baby the social security office and they will sent you a replacement one.

I hope u meant Social Security Card for the social security administration. Contact ur local office its really not hard u will need ID when applying.

if you didn't do it thru the hospital. You will need to bring the baby's birth certificate. If you check social security website it can give you the address to the nearness office in your area and it can also tell you how long it would take to recieve it in the mail

you usually fill the paper work out while your in the hospital after you have the baby and they send it to you in the mail!!!
