Most human memories are in the form of images or sounds.. (your visual/audio perceptions..)
whereas a computer can be anything from data, visuals, audio or a file... the computer is more organised and has 99.99999% chance of remembering every minute detail..

compared to the human mind which only remembers certain events which have affected the person in their life.

On the contrary though.. it was the human mind which has developed the computer memory to be SO accurate.. therefore i believe our brain also has the capability to fully remember everything that happens... (for example.. if someone has a photographic memory... they remember everything they see...)

computer memory is a combination of on or off switches in a code or language that is translated into human language by a central processing unit. Human memory is a far more complex combination of protein chains and neuro-transmitting chemicals between the synaptic clefts of neurons that are situated in the brain categorically to type of sensory input chronology and emotional, instinctual impact.

The comparison would be similar to the feeding of mother's breast milk and canned milk. Both have advantages of their own. But human memory is more precious and incomparable. Computer memory is supplementary and complimentory to human memory but not contradictory and competitive.
