i have alot of leftover turkey. can i just prepare it using a recipe for chicken salad and have it be as good?

check out a recipe for chicken a la king and substitute the chicken for turkey

You can use the chicken salad recipe to make turkey salad and it will be good but, turkey is still going to taste like turkey not chicken.

It will never taste the same as chicken, that would be like drinking soda and expecting it to taste like juice. However, there are lots of great turkey salad recipes that will compliment the taste of turkey. It wouldnt be wise to use a chicken recipe, it might not taste good.

Turkey salad is really good. I sometimes add chopped apple to mine. A little cranberry sauce spread on the bread is good too.

Whatever recipe that you have for chicken, you can use that same recipe for turkey.

You sure can! It won't taste exactly the same, because turkey tastes different from chicken, but it will still be delicious!
