in the james bond film the man with the golden gun, he orders a bottle of wine called Phoo Yuk. Is / was this a real wine and if so where can i get a bottle ?

Ever heard of Spoonerisms, where the sounds at the beginning of each of two words are transposed, like "The Cooking Fat won't eat its Whiskas"? Try it with Phoo Yuk.
They obviously don't know about Spoonerisms in the USA, or Brad Pitt wouldn't have called his daughter Shiloh.

Some companies sell their own brand wines with the option to relabel - they may even do it for you. This may be what has happened with this particular one. It may well be a genuine wine but I would guess it's one that's had dummy labels on for the film only.

Yes it is a Special Italian wine. Trust me I'm a wine enthusiast. Do'nt beleive me look it up.
