Not really, but it also depends on how you treat the little ladies too! No one wants someone that's boring. They need excitement and someone that will make them secure and happy!

Power, but you know that. The answer you want is this: young women (18-24) are, on average, 12 years more mature than than their male counterparts. A young woman may feel truly "understood" by some man who's 35-40. Being understood is also a great aphrodisiac, especially when you don't understand yourself. A man who understands a woman can please more often than a guy that's clueless. Older women often go for younger men on this premise, as it can be thrilling to exercise the power of understanding.

Of course, how narrow minded of you to imply money is the only thing worthwhile an older man can offer a woman...do you also assume younger guys go after older chicks for their money? *rolls eyes*

While I've never been a fan of dating more than 10 yrs older/younger than myself (and less than that now), I know many who have done so...

...people become attracted to others for a variety of reasons...money isn't the only one...and even with a large age gap, the attraction (at least initially) can be much the same as for people of a similar age...looks, lifestyle, someone who is stable, who knows what they want out of life, maturity, experience, etc...

I mean face it...simply because a guy is older than a chick, doesn't mean he has substantially more money than guys her age (unless she's a teen)...

Older men seem to be more grounded in what they want out of life and what they expect out of a significant other. Though some older men play they don't play them often. Often ambitious women seek older men because there is more security in relationships of that sort.

I would think that if they are dating an older man, and it's not for money, it's because he treats her the way she wants to be treated and respects her. A lot of young ladies get tired of dating boys who just aren't at their level in maturity.

Security... Its more unlikely that an older man will cheat. Alot of times the woman is also more mature than she may seem. I dont have any personal experience with this... however, My dad is 70 and his wife is 36... and besides money, I think its the security she has.

Well, I was interested in an older man for a while because he was more mature. I could have conversations with him and laugh and have fun. There was more to it than just sex like it is with most young guys (no offense to anyone, just speaking from experience) Be wary though of younger girls as they may eventually fall for a guy closer to their age.

Most ofthe time she justs likes the attemntion she is getting from the older guy. Probably because the guy she is with her age doesn't pay attention to her. Be careful though because girls younger than you don't know what they want.

Well, it depends on how old we are talking here. If she is mature enough. Women of all ages love confidence! Self direction and masculinity are up there too. If you have all those qualities and you are fun to be aground, I think you can do very well for your self. If you look younger than you are, that is a plus too. Not all young girls are after money, anyone who would date someone because of his or her wealth is a whore, and probably not worth it anyways.
