I would freeze it first and then pack it with dry ice or some sort of cooling pack and then ship it via 2 or 3 day carrier. Its going to cost you atleast $15-$20 to ship via a carrier who is reliable. Make sure the top is secured and that the soup won't open or spill while it's being shipped.
