i got knocking in engine sound like piston slapping valves and on all srokes industion and compression and dont look like it can move fully closed on compression on and 1st n 3rd aint move in at same time if it is this what the cause off valves go in like this and is this the reason when im idle in it shakes like a diesal any hely or advise wud be handy

Check the quality of fuel u r using, then check the main belt, it should be changed every 50,000 KM. After changing it adjust its tension then recalibrate your valves.
It is also good to check on fuel and air filters and change them if needed.

First I would carefully check your tires. You probably have a bubble in one of your front tires which means that the tread has separated from the wire interior belt. It also could be bad shocks or a myriad of other things. Better to have a mechanic drive the car and get his opinion.
