I would say a bowl. A bowl moves around with you and catches your food if you like to move around a lot with what you eat. Um, unless you're eating steak or something like that, use a good plate and on a table. I like to eat in my mom's room while watching TV. It's pretty fun. Um, make sure that the place you eat is stable. And... enjoy whatever you eat on! =)

I have a set of medium sized plates I totally love. Bigger than a saucer and smaller than a dinner plate. They really help with portioning my food so I don't overeat.
Plus they look cool.
