I believe it depends on the reason for his decision to change. Most men only decide to change when it's convenient or beneficial to them. I believe that people can change, however change is not something that occurs over night. It takes hard work and dedication. Dedication being something most men lack. I would be very leery of a man who found Jesus after he's been caught doing something low-down.

I believe my husband 100% when he says that, because he has changed for the better and he is a more loving man then what he used to be. My husband and I trust each other 100%. I love my husband with all my heart. He and I both are Christians. We've been re-married for 4 years now.

Not many, any woman who believes a man when he says 'I'll change' is stupid. If they have found God, it wouldn't work anyway as I like sex and have no intention of getting married!
If they are going to get help, they would get a timescale to do it in.

Women will not believe you under any circumstances. It does not matter what you say, what matters is showing them over time that you have changed not just saying it.
