i called my brother who used to work for Blimpie and he told me that it's just basic olive oil and salad vingar ( heinz make a good brand that 's not too sour)
if you are looking for a good oil/vinegar combination to put on sandwiches, I like to put extra virgin olive oil and a splash of basalmic vinegar ( but it's a bit sweeter) also in most deli sections of supermarkets Beanno is a brand of "sandwich dressing" that is both oil and vinegar and spices combined, i think it's called sub topping and it's very good.

Most of them use Canola oil. It is a mono-unsaturated oil. Meaning it has no saturated fat. It also has high concentrations of Omega-3 fatty acids which are good at raising good cholesterol and lowering bad cholesterol.
