I'm sorry you've lost your voice.
You didn't give details about what caused you to lose it, so I'm not sure if you'll just have to wait until you get better from your cold or whatever. Sometimes people lose their voices when they have a cold because the postnasal drip from their nose drips onto their vocal cords and bothers them. So if this is your problem, taking a decongestant to get that gunk out of your nose so it won't drip anymore might help.
If you lost your voice from overuse (yelling or whatever), just try to avoid using it and hopefully it will come back soon.

Gargle with Listerine and wait five minutes. It may help. Also, aspirin relieves aches and pain - even in the throat.
