I think it kinda depends on which end you cook. Meat on one end, fish on the other.

Hypothetically, I would say meat. A mermaid would be classified as an amphibious creature since it can breathe under/above water. animals like frogs & turtles are considarded meat, so should a mermaid.

When you cook mermaid it comes out a nether. There is no such things as mermaids but if this was to a fictional question then i suppose it is to be both.
