This may be a difficult night for Winky if Quartey is on his game. Winky has good defense but Quartey has a strong jab and will be highly motivated coming off his "loss" to Vernon Forrest. What do you think will happen in this fight.

This is a fascinating bout. Two guys with arguably the best jabs in boxing today, one orthodox, one southpaw.
Whoever lands his jab first and keeps the other guy turning, wins the fight.
My pick is Winky.

I must admit I'm prejudiced. Wright being my hometown fighter. I just think at this point in time Wright is too good defensively and as a counter puncher to lose to Quartey. I don't see this fight ending in a KO but I think Winky wins the decision very easily. Winky will box, box, and box some more.

Not a chance. The "bazooka" jab is nowhere near as potent as JT's, and he barely broke through Winky's defense when they met earlier this year. Winky by decision (116-112).

Ike Quartey used to be an absolute monster with a granite chin!!
But like alot of fighters his time seems to have come and gone he was a decent Welterweight but that was in his prime...

I don't see Wright having too many problems with him/
