what do i do now i called south west did same thing no email said they sent info.

There is probably a problem with the email address they have. If you have a fax machine, call and ask them to fax the information. Southwest is ticketless, so you dont need an actual ticket to take the flight. Check and make sure that your credit card was hit with the charges. You can check in for your flight online at their web page or at their ticket counter. Online is better as you can get assigned to one of the first seating groups so you get a better seat.

verify the email, you should be able to go into the webpage, log in and re preint your tickets
