I know that she is going to h e l l for doing what she is doing, she told my grandmother that he probably had it already, how selfish is she.

The fact is that it is very sad to hear of anyone with a disease especially Aids... now having the HIV virus is not full blown aids. But to spread it is really (in my opinion) murder, slow murder. If (i pray this never happens) but If I had this disease or any disease that could be easily spread I would not spread it. I would become very cautious of touching things and be very sanitary. I don't think it is fair for someone to maliciously do that to another person. But jail or whatever, she will have to deal with GOD on that... so she goes to jail or maybe they will say she didn't know she had it. It really doesn't matter because she will be judged on it one day. But I think I would find someone to tell the boy about it... he has the right to know, he should know in case he decided to sleep with someone else, maybe he would be wise not to spread it as well...

good luck

It depends on what state she lives in. Some states have laws that would make illegal for someone to knowingly give HIV to another person. Your right she is a selfish person if she knew she was infected and didn't tell her partner. She is morally wrong for knowingly putting another persons life at risk of possible death the meet her own needs.

For just herpes, it's not life threatening, so you can't send them to jail, BUT if you get a good lawyer, you can sue them for suffering and emotional stress (for the rest of your life), and if the judge awards you, then you could get payments from the person for the rest of your life (the money will be garnished from their wages).

If we're talking STDs, then if you get a good attorney, and you can prove that they knew beforehand that they had AIDS (or just HIV), then yes; that is a death sentence, and you should be able to put them in jail, but on this one, I'm not sure.

If she has been diagnosed by a MD, then YES this is a crime. It's almost like pre-meditated murder. She is spreading the AIDS virus and she knows it.. Call the local Police Dept. and notify them of the situation and they can investigate further.

Yes, it is a crime to not divulge this information to someone you are intimate with. Her boyfriend needs to know ASAP!!!! She should go to jail for this definitely. If he has HIV now she just took his life the same as pulling a trigger, only alot slower.

I come to the Seniors area of Y/A to avert questions of this type, yet i'm supplying you with a brilliant call for using the word, "malintepreted" which i anticipate ability having interpreted something interior the worst way obtainable. i'm not sure no count if it somewhat is a actual word, yet I intend to apply it. thank you for the vocabulary lesson.

That seems like "attempted murder"!

My ex husband is a police officer and just being THREATENED by a person who is HIV+...EX: I'm gonna bite you...I'll stab you with my needle...etc...is attempted murder or PRE-meditated to say the least!

NOT TELLING HIM?!!! SHE'S SICK IN THE F*chking head!!! How can she look at him and NOT tell him?! I guess she figures she'll take someone else down with her...Tell him!! Then let HER pick up THOSE PIECES!!!

Jail nothing, she should feel shame, plead for her boyfriend's forgiveness, then go jump in a lake and die.

I believe it is criminal what she is doing. It should fall under reckless endangerment, or a similar charge.
