I'm an anxious and shy guy who takes too much time in making decision. I also seem to have ADD. Besides I also stutter a bit.
I read in Men's health recently that yoga is highly recommendable for people who are indecessive. I'm from india, where severel schools of Yoga i.e. Hath Yoga, Sahaj Yoga etc are prevalent; and also there are various different teachers who have their own style. Could somebody please guide me regarding the type of Yoga best suited for my condition, and the best place to learn it. Also if other pursuits like martial arts, Sudarshan Kriya etc can help.
