Do you mean cloth or disposable diapers? Cloth diapers are cost-efficient and disposables are a terrible waste of money.

I suppose either one would be comfy enough until it's soiled and then I don't know a single person of any age who thinks it's fun to sit in their own waste. Newborns and up can actually be taught to use the potty. We did that with my daugter. Most babies prefer that to sitting in their own waste and of course it saves money and is much easier to clean than changing a diaper.

I would say that cloth diapers are probably much more comfy and cost efficient... plus MUCH better for the environment. There are often diaper services in most towns/cities... which make using them as easy as disposables. They're much better for baby's skin too!
