What are some simple exercises for the lower abs and lovehandes that are also effective, that can be done at home? Also does any one know any yoga breathing exercises to help with the lower abs?

You could run in place in front of the tv then you wont get bored while running.

also do situps and push ups

just do some crunches and sit ups. stick with the basics and strain your body.
