How to lose 10 pounds quickly
You know Christmas is around the corner. Christmas is the season of parties, celebrations, enjoyment and buying new stuff like clothes, gifts and what ever you like. Why not set a goal for yourself to lose 10 pounds in the next few days and it will help you find a better dress for you as you will feel more confident and more comfortable after losing some weight.
Christmas weight lossIt is a great feeling even after losing very small amount of weight as that motivates us to lose more weight. The very first thing you can do is that calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt. Keep the record of each and every thing what ever you eat. Check out the amount of calories in a food before ordering that. So you have to be very careful about the amount of calories you consume.
Try to cook your food by yourself and avoid deep fried food. Limit your calories intake to 1000 to 1200 per day. Remove all sugar and starch from your diet.
So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly
* Drink lot of water
* Eat a healthy breakfast
* Do not eat any thing in between the meals
* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least
So go ahead with this and gives yourself a Christmas gift by losing more pounds and look sexier, healthy and more confident.

Certainly. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I lost 50 ibs in a year, if you work twice as hard maybe you can... but I suggest you aim for 50 first... this is what I did:
My Diet & Exercise Program
cardio exercise 3-5 times per week (30min or more each time)
Weight lifting every second day
Put all food on small plates so you eat less calories
No juice, no pop- too much sugar!
No chips, no pizza- too much fat!
Eat from all food groups, but in moderation
6 glasses of water per day
1-3 glasses of 1% milk per day
If you can't beat late night snacking:
Eat popcorn, pretzels, fruits or veggies instead of chips-they are way less fattening.

possible of course..,healthy I'm not sure off..,that would mean you should lose 8.3 pounds a month,and that does not look healthy..years ago when i had a weight of about 290 pounds..my doc told me i should not lose more than 2.2 a month to keep my basic health,and to be sure that the weight i get off,stays off.
now years later at a weight of 210,i agree with my doc,i had periods that i lose allot of weight,that came back on later,so i had no gain at all,it better to be a Lil patient and take off Lil bit at the time,that stays off,and keep your maximum health at the same time.drugs are no option,shamefully to admit it,i tried that too,it goes off very fast,the weight,but at the same time your health goes off very fast too,and the weight get back on as soon you get over the drug,and that's an entirely diff-rent story..i can assure you that.anyway hope you find a healthy way to become what you want to be.

Of course it is. If you have the will power, do it safely, and lose about 8-9 pounds a month, it can happen in a very healthy nature.
Good luck!

Absolutley! And that is the safest amount per year to keep it off. You will need to burn an extra 6400 calories per week (include cutting down the calories as well as burn calories). Just stay away from those diet pills.
Good luck!

I did it in less than a year 12 years ago and have kept it off. It took discipline and hard work. You can do anything if you put your mind to it. I did it with exercise and proper eating.

that is really pushing it, you would have to be doing very little eating the whole year. i think 50 lbs is a more reasonable goal.
because a pound a week is proven better for keeping it off.
