try Clearskin® Immediate Response Spot Treatment from Avon it works a treat and the spots go down within eight hours. Alternative crumble up Aspirin or any other tablet containing Acetylsalicylic acid and make a paste with half a drop of water (best if boiled and cooled down). (Ibuprofene will not do) Apply to the affected parts of the skin.

You may have acne or pimple. I found is in WEbMd
Acne vulgaris, or acne, is a skin problem that starts when oil and dead skin cells clog up your pores. Some people call it blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, or zits. When you have just a few red spots, or pimples, you have a mild form of acne. Severe acne can mean hundreds of pimples that can cover the face, neck, chest, and back. Or, it can be bigger, solid, red lumps that are painful (cysts).
Most young people get at least mild acne. It usually gets better after the teen years. But many adult women do have acne in the days before their menstrual periods.
How you feel about your acne may not be related to how bad it is. Some people with severe acne are not bothered by it. Others are embarrassed or upset even though they have only a few pimples.
The good news is that there are many good treatments that can help you get acne under control.

Panoxyl 5, or if things are really grade A acne Panoxyl 10.
I use it and I've seen my zitty friends turn into clear skinned beauties in five days after trying it. It's amazing stuff.
You have to ask the chemist for it, it's about £8 a tube - although you can get it on prescription.

hey,
don't be embarised, everyone gets the odd spot.....
if you really do have alot then you should see your doctor. When i was younger i suffered terribly with bad skin. the doctors prescribed me the usual topical lotions then the tablets (minocin MR)... which worked to a point......
then they put me on Roacutain.... this is a very high dose of vitamin a, however it can have side effects.... i experience only dryness of the skin,... which is to be expected......
i had to have three doses of the stuff before it zaped them..... but that is extremely rare,...... usually its one dose and gone.
so my advice is to seek out an appointment with the doctor and tell him/her how self conscious you are of your appearance, he/she should then make an appointment with a dermatologist (thats if it is really bad)
good luck...... i've come through it, i know what it's like but don't let it effect you like it is,..... it'll go mate

Use a balancing lotion and astringent every day and exfoliate twice a week and use a face mask once a week.
The lotion will control oil on your skin the astringent deep cleans and exfoliating gets rid of dead skin.
Also make sure you wash in warm water as it opens up the pores

go to your doctor he can treat you using antibiotics either by mouth or to be applied directly to the skin
he could also put you on a tablet that will help with any hormone imbalance
if that didnt work and they were really severe he could refer you to a dermatologist
