does anyone know how offten after the first medical you have to attend for further examinations for incapacity benefit

i think it varies according to your condition & what the doctors report says after the first medical

depending what the results are from the first one if they say you are unfit to work you will not need to send them any more sick notes for a year but they will rite to you so wait and see what the results of the medical is they will tell you all you will need to know so dont worry

There isn't any set time. It depends on what your condition is, if they think it should improve, etc. You can't tell.. but they will send you a letter when they want you up again.

after medical you get letter it will tell you how long you will be on incap benefit .or phone your local DHSS
