I had this doctor couple months ago. He treated me and now I'm fine. I keep seeing him around, and yesterday he asked me out. He isnt my doctor anymore after getting better. So is it ok that I date him, even though i was his patient couple months before?

As long as you are not currently a patient of his, then it should be fine. He's the one that needs to worry about this situation, not you.

Absolutely! Doctor's are people too, and since you are no longer seeing him professionally, there is no reason not to date him.

Sure, why not. I see how it could be uncomfortable and wrong if he was still your doctor... but he's not so if you like him go for it.

Not while he is your doctor, if he stops being your doctor it is fine other wise it is an ethical breach
