I've read somewhere that the older genre of sleeoing pills i.e. Valium etc didn't let one slip into the deepest stages-alpha, gama and whatever they are. And that the newer generation of medications have a different macanism in this regard. It has been suggested that the newer generation sleeping pills let on go into the very restorative phases also. I'd been weight lifting for quite a while, with no apparent results. The culprit seems to be lack of proper sleep. Although I manage atleast 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night, by taking anti allergic medications like-Cetrezine and actifed. Could somebody please tell me which out of Ativan, valium, Alpralozam, cetrezine and Ibrufen prevents deeper sleep. and kindly suggest some medications that help in this regard. I'd really be thankful.

1 - Marvin will always get a 10 from me 2 - Hey Jude - I know you aren't really a Beatle fan but this song is a classic in my book - a solid 9 3 - This is one of the most awesome cover songs in history - Hendrix gets a 10. 4 - Otis is another 10 - listen to his Try a Little Tenderness if you have the time. 5 - I love Tommy James but this is not one of my favorites - I give it a 5 6 - You know love the Stones and this is a classic another solid 8 7 - Born To Be Wild is a great song but they actually did much better ones - worth a 7 though 8 - White Room was the song that got me into harder rock - well that and Heartbreaker by Zeppelin - It gets a 10. 9 - Can I give Sympathy an 11 - Love that song 10 - Revolution is great as an album cut but I didn't care for the single much - a solid 8 on the album version. Thanks for the memories my friend.

First off a VALIUM is not a sleep aid. You need to talk with a doctor and he can give u the best advice. Why do you want to pass into a deep sleep anyway, you can become addicted to these pills and have an even harded time falling asleep.

I use Walmarts generic nightime PM. I sleep deep and long and feel good in the morning.

This is OTC non prescribed. I do not take prescribed meds unless absolutely necessary.

They ruined mine. There is nothing wrong with you. It's all in your head. PLEASE take time to look at that website. Don't EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER go see a psychiatrist. They have diagnosed me with everything in the book. There is zero wrong with me. They will twist your words and brainwash you. I am DEAD SERIOUS.
