I've read somewhere that the older genre of sleeoing pills i.e. Valium etc didn't let one slip into the deepest stages-alpha, gama and whatever they are. And that the newer generation of medications have a different macanism in this regard. It has been suggested that the newer generation sleeping pills let on go into the very restorative phases also. I'd been weight lifting for quite a while, with no apparent results. The culprit seems to be lack of proper sleep. Although I manage atleast 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night, by taking anti allergic medications like-Cetrezine and actifed. Could somebody please tell me which out of Ativan, valium, Alpralozam, cetrezine and Ibrufen prevents deeper sleep. and kindly suggest some medications that help in this regard. I'd really be thankful.
