my roomate tried to tell me that all the guys drink cranberry cran and the women drink long islands. I told him that cran and vodka is a b itch drink. His friends flew into town and drank cran vodkas too. If you drink one around me your going to get cracked on. But is it "OK" up north?

I don't know about Man's or Woman's drinks, I just know that vodka and cranberry is an excellent drink. I just tried it at the Cleveland Playhouse. Went to see Spamalot and the bar had a drink called "Killer Rabbit", vodka and cranberry juice. My nephew was buying so I tried one...and another...and another.
It was excellent and the three drinks nearly put me on my *ss (generous bartenders!)

What's the difference between a "mans drink" and a womans? I have a few lady friends that can drink any man under the table. I also know a few guys who get stupid after 4 or 5 beers....Don't think they're soft and weak just cuz they're girls. Some of them are full of fire and don't mind letting you know.
Great chauvinist pig attitude tho!!! Nice Job!

Drinks are drinks!!! Plenty of women only drink beer. Plenty of men only drink Cosmopolitans. If you like it, then drink it! If someone cracked on me then I'd rename the drink to something more masculine. Instead of a Cosmo, it would be a Jacob's Jackhammer. People should lighten up and not be so uptight. Especially about alcohol.

Frankly, I thought it was a women's drink. I've never seen a man drink it if there was a viable option.
Some people are really touchy about the gender thing, aren't they?

If you're a REAL MAN you can drink whatever the hell you want and not be threatened by it, but you're obviously not since you had to ask, and you feel the need to "crack on" people that are drinking what they like...IDIOT!!!

I drink "cosmos" and my wee wee still looks the same. Alcohol addiction respects no age nor gender.

ok, first of all, don't call women "bitches" it's degrading. Next, why do women/men need specific drinks to make them more of a woman/man? Are you that insecure that you need to create a "manly" drink to make you more masculine? grow up....a drink is a drink.
