My hair is kind of long...id say about 3 or 4 inches below my shoulders...and im sick of the same straightening my hair process...

Well, you can cut it short, add some layers or curl. Or wear it up. There isn't really a whole lot you can do with long hair...

Then don't straighten it anymore..I think it's a waste of time unless your hair is wavy or curly anyways.
You can do a search online for free hairstyles and it should bring up a site you can try out. I think you can even put in your picture and try new styles on your pic to see if you like them or not. Or you could just try getting some layers put in/ taken out. Grow your fringes or cut them shorter. something that's not too different,but maybe different enough to make you happy..
You could also try putting in another colour like a streak or going a slightly different shade.

It's all merely a matter of personal preference. We have short hair and guys like it. And i prefer a guy with short hair over a guy with long hair because long hair tends to make guys look too girly.

There is lots you can do with long hair!! Most up-does!! Invent something new!! You could always look in magazines and on the Internet for some tips!!

Learn how to do some up-dos, like french twists.
Also, you might have fun experimenting with some retro styles, like rolls. You've got enough hair to really play around with it, so have fun!

try changing the way u part it, my hair is nearly to the bottom of my back and its completely straight if u part it differently than normal it wont b a huge change but it stil might look good

I have short hair for the first time since We was 10 years old and I actually really like it but I miss my long curly locks so Now i'm growing it back out!
