I think I drank old milk. I heard it was bad for you. what can happen?

If you mean past the date on the carton or bottle, that is the "best by" date, it should be good for several days after tha. If it starts to go off, you'll smell a sour odor from it. If you had to shake it to get it out of the carton, and are still able to ask questions here, you are probably gifted with the digestive system of a turtle.

Old milk can get bacteria that grow in it and make it rotten. I don't think it can hurt you, because they are bacteria that only survive in cold temperatures, but it won't smell good.
