Should they have to pay for ESL classes?
What about kids in high school?. They get a foreign language credit...even though they don't have to meet the same requirements as other students taking a foreign language?
What about the pell grant money that allows them ESL classes.....these students get more grant money...so, at a college level should the tax dollars be paying for that?

America and Britain are fighting for the Iraqi's freedom while they come over to the west and then start fights with white people because they are racist.When the white people beat up the Muslims they complain and protest in the streets.
I know there are a lot of Mexicans in the US but I'd rather have Mexicans over here in the UK then have Muslims or even better get rid of them all.

They should have learned english before they came to america or canada, but if they enter legally, and follow the rules then some english classes should be made available,

Immigrants should be expected to pay for their own language lessons...and everything else. Don't come to America and expect us to carry you on our backs!
We want folks here who can stand on their own two feet, not dip their hands into our bank accounts!

i think tax $ should only be spend on legal citizens of this country, it should be their responsibility to learn english and they should foot that bill.

our tax dollars should only goto American citizens and they should nt be allowed to become an American citizens until they learn english~ does that answer your question?
