No, we found a great solution, we eat Hungry Mens Turkey Dinners on Thanksgiving, no hours in the kitchen and no left overs. Life is to short to go crazy for just one day.

No, or sort of. We pick the turkey after I make stock, and put it in containers in the freezer. So we don't eat the turkey for a week straight, but it's in the deep freeze for future use.

Maybe like 3 days. But I make these GREAT turkey sandwiches. But our turkeys r usually gone within like 3 days!

We finish a 23 lb turkey on the 2nd day, there is only 4 of us! lol

ready for something new ...tired of the same old turkey left overs..
take one cup turkey cut small
chop one onion,
slice very small strips of your fav pickle
1 package of cream cheese.
mixwell together.
salt and pepper maybe some garlic
use fijita wraps large. spread mixture over entire wrap and on one side place a few strips of your fav pickle
sprinkle with shredded cheese
then roll this starting with the pickleside and roll tight and slice like tomatoes.
serve hot or cold ..enjoy
