My friend is very beautifu...she is 5'10 and 190lbs...she is gorgeous...looks a little over weight but is just big. She is feminine...takes time with her looks...but men just dont seem to like her...other than as a friend. Is it cause she is big...or what? Do men prefer small women?

The majority of men prefer small women. It's superficial but that's the way it is.
However, there are plenty of overweight women who are able to attract men. Much of it has to do with the way women carry themselves. If they give out the "desperate" or "I'm not worthy" vibe, then their chances of finding someone may decrease. On the other hand, a pushy or aggressive personality is not appealing to men either.
If she can relax, have fun, and feel comfortable in her body without the thought of attracting a guy, that could do the trick.

Nope, it's not cause she's big! She just hasn't found the right guy yet. Men like all types and sizes....Big, Small, Thin Fat....remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

Let me 'hollier' at you baby ! That saying ". .nobody likes a 'bone' but a dog"!, is true on my end; can't talk about 'others' only my self. To me the 'bigger' the 'better',rings true. .I love 'BIG' women of all races,weight has nothing to do with how a person treats another,some people are just mean and narrow minded.Trust me get those 'haters',in a room with a BBW,with no one else around. . and they'll be 'busting-down' doors to 'get to it' !

They are attracted to smaller girls because tv makes you think you have to be small. It takes a man that wants to know her for her and not look at her size. She should try hitting on those male friends because they might think she does'nt want a relationship.

YES, it is the media that fools women into thinking that men like skinny women. Your friend just has not meet the right man yet.... also, big women need to dress in cloths that compliment their size. In short, dress appropriately and she will find the man she wants. I LOVE THEM BIG. ;-)

I don't know about others, but the big thing for me is personality more than anything else, but in terms of physique I prefer bigger women

5' 10", with this weight she could still look nice, although your right, she is a good size. I think it would depend on how she carried herself and if she could move that around to make it fun for both of us.

I like big women - especially if their weight is "proportional" - that is, if they are big in the chest and the butt, and have a waist that's narrower than their hips or bust. Big women tend to be curvier, and I like curvy, hourglass or coke bottle shaped women.
