let me give you the right answer and you will decide the best one.
1. You like or not IE7 is much better browser than IE6. Because microsoft has started realising that there is no alternative to honoring web standards and security. So, removing IE7 is not a wise thing.
Now, you don't like, thats different ball game.
2. I recommend that you try alternate browsers and they are far far far better than IE in all respect. You can try either Opera(www.opera.com) or firefox(www.firefox.com) . I personally will recommend opera as it is simply the best in the industry.(check its security record : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Browser_comparison#Vulnerabilities ).
I reason I am recommending opera because of what you said " You did n't like IE7'. here comes opera's strength. You can customize it like anything you want. You can use many custom features and most importantly for you, you can give it the look you want. You just choose custom skins to look like IE6, IE7, firefox or anything else. very cool and you need to try.
Do I look like sales man? may be but telling the truth sometimes unpopular and make multiple distorted sense.
Hope you enjoy and understand my honest opinion.

Why would you want to return to the grave if something is already dead? Explorer 7 works fine for me. I didn't like it at first but its slowly growing on me.
You will be better off moving on. You could try FIREFOX if you don't like Explorer 7.
