I'm Spanish and Italian and my husband is Native american. My son in his lower region has very dark skin. I was babysitting one day and I changed a boy's diaper and his lower region was very white?! My son doesn't look like he has a tan, but very brown down there, is it something I should be worried about, my husband has it too?

It's probably just the way his skin is pigmented. The ethnicities you listed tend to have darker complexions. And if your husband has it, and it hasn't been a problem all these years, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

when my son was born he is biracial by the way his privates were really dark darker than the rest of the skin on his body and my aunt who was there was almost in a panic wanting to know what was wrong with him and they said it was normal nothing to be worried about.

If your husband has it too, then it sounds genetic. Don't worry about it.
